Kim Cummiskey

Kim primarily focuses on trust administration and probate work.

Kim joined the firm in 2022.  Kim received her bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies and her Paralegal Certificate from John F. Kennedy University.  Kim started her career in Family Law and volunteered weekly at the Alameda County Superior Court, Self-Help Center.  Kim then focused her career on Probate and Trust Administration and Litigation and brings 10+ years of experience in this area of law.
