William D. Wollesen

Mr. Wollesen’s practice is concentrated on estate planning, wills, trusts, business planning, and family office services.

Will joined the firm in January, 2016.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University and a Juris Doctor with a High Tech Law Certificate Award from Santa Clara University.

Will has spent over a decade advising Silicon Valley company founders and executives with their personal and business needs.  He has played varying roles in this effort, including portfolio manager, project manager, CFO and General Counsel.

Will is a licensed attorney in the State of California and is fluent in Spanish.  He is a current board member and Secretary of the Diablo Valley Estate Planning Council. Will grew up in the south bay and his wife, Brooke, grew up in Pleasanton and graduated from Amador Valley High School.  Will and his wife have four children, Daenen, Davis, Haley and Sadie.

His hobbies include running, skiing, tennis, soccer, golf and boating.
